Here at The Breathing Room we look to take our cues from Mother Nature in how to move forward. So as we fully embrace Fall as Mother Nature is inviting us to acknowledge growth and harvest, as well death and rebirth. And just as the trees are letting go of what they no longer need we are being asked to surrender as well. To lay down what no longer serves us, what we can’t control nor change.
