Fall Into Supportive Practices This Season

I hope this finds you well and taking care of yourselves, resting and leaning into the support of this season. Here at The Breathing Room we look to take our cues from Mother Nature in how to move forward. So as we fully embrace Fall as Mother Nature is inviting us to acknowledge growth and harvest, as well death and rebirth. And just as the trees are letting go of what they no longer need we are being asked to surrender as well. To lay down what no longer serves us, what we can’t control nor change.

Autumn: Balance and Breath

As we are entering Fall (even though it may not feel like it) we still see signs of Fall in the trees, in our gardens and we can witness the squirrels in their Fall routines. Mother Nature is inviting us to acknowledge all of the things … growth - harvest, death - rebirth. And just as the trees are begining to leg go of what they no longer need. Autumn is a time for surrender. To lay down what no longer serves us.
