Join us for a 75-minute restorative experience that combines the deep stillness of yin yoga with the therapeutic power of sound healing. Gentle postures and guided meditation prepare the body to receive healing vibrations from Tibetan, crystal, and alchemy singing bowls, placed directly on the body to release tension, support energy flow, and soothe the nervous system.
We will tune the body with yin postures that target each energy center while using sound vibrations to create harmonic resonance within the body and energy field. Each chakra vibrates at a specific frequency, and when attuned, it can restore balance, clarity, and energetic vitality. You will leave feeling aligned, lighter, renewed, and deeply connected to your physical, emotional, and energetic body.
