I was first introduced to yoga my sophomore year of college as a women’s basketball player for TCU. When I noticed the benefits to my body and how my overall mental health improved, I gravitated to the practice more so. I knew I wanted to share what made my body feel good with others, so I made the decision to deepen my practice by becoming certified with the National Yoga Alliance. My goal is to nurture a safe space to all who come with authentic and jovial energy. I encourage community with others through warmth and motivation.
