Scott Minard
Certified Pilates Instructor
As a life-long active person, cycling coach and competitive cyclist, Scott quickly realized the performance improvement and quality of life benefits of Pilates. He was introduced to Pilates with his wife in 2012. She quickly became enthusiastic and sought certification. After suffering an injury, she encouraged Scott to practice Pilates for recovery, to increase flexibility and prevent future injuries. In 2015 he completed an extensive, nationally recognized Pilates certification program through the Pilates Method Alliance. Passionate about expanding his knowledge of the human body and its potential, Scott completed a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on sport and human performance in 2018.
