Meditation Private Session
This 30 minute meditation private session is customized to meet you where you are and guide you through the grounding practice of meditation. Learn mindfulness and breath techniques that you can use to develop your own regular meditation practice.
Reiki
A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Breath work / Pranayama
Our breath and how we breathe has a profound effect on our overall well-being. Intentional breath work and pranayama practices helps us to be present and calms the nervous system. We are better able to be with what arrises from day to day.
Client Assessments
During this 75-minute appointment we will discuss your goals and concerns then evaluate your unique posture, limitations, tightness, injury and challenges that oftentimes develop due to habitual patterns or injury. After the interview and assessment we will work with you to create an alignment plan specific to your individual needs which you can then carry over to your Pilates and yoga practice.
