“My personal goal to maintain a healthy lifestyle has inspired me to help others achieve their goals.” Susan feels it is important to find balance –physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Intuition combined with her experience and training in Pilates / Post Injury Rehab are tools which enable her to identify her clients’ needs.

Susan has worked with a large population of clients: heart conditions, CVA’s, diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer’s and Autism.  She has worked post injury rehab on clients with shoulder issues, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, torn Achilles tendon, all types of back issues/surgeries, Scoliosis, and carpal tunnel syndrome to name a few.

Susan’s extensive training includes:

Physical/Mind Institute of NYC - certified Pilates Reformer/Mat Instructor.

Pilates Institute of London - certified in Pilates/Pregnancy and Pilates/Seniors.

American Association of Health, Fitness, and Rehabilitation Professionals (AAHFRP), California - certified      Medical Exercise Specialist.

University of Houston – holds a BS in Professional Writing.

Susan has taken courses in Anatomy and Kinesiology at Houston Community College, Houston.  She has studied personal training through PFIT in Houston.  She is an avid yoga practitioner.  Susan has training/experience with the Wunda chair, Ladder barrel, Bosu, TRX, fit ball, spine corrector, Functional Trainer machine, and various other fitness tools.  Her hobby and passion is dancing.
