Kristin Cavnar
Certified Pilates Instructor

Kristin is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from LSU-New Orleans Health Science Center as a Physical Therapist in 2005. Kristin has a background in outpatient Orthopaedics. She completed an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency in 2011 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 . Her desire to pursue her Pilates certification rooted from her ongoing passion for exercise and nutrition. Kristin took a special interest in Pilates when she started training regularly while pregnant with her first child. Pilates also played a huge role in her recovery postpartum. Kristin is a BASI certified Pilates instructor and looks forward to using a whole body approach to help her clients meet their wellness goals.⁣
